Formal Tests
This and the following screen contains a free-text area to describe all the formal tests given during the current evaluation. Space was saved on the screens by using the same input area and selecting which test you wish to describe from the drop-down lists above. On this sample screen, the evaluator has described the results of the Preschool Language Scale test of Receptive Language.
